New Delhi: The ED has issued fresh summons to TMC leader and former MP Mahua Moitra for questioning in a FEMA violation case on March 11, official sources said on Monday. Moitra had earlier sought time to join the investigation and sent a communication to the agency expressing her inability to depose last month, they said. TNS
