New Delhi, August 29
The Delhi High Court on Thursday took exception to former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and ex-BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh filing a petition seeking quashing of the FIR and charges were framed against him in a sexual harassment case lodged by several women wrestlers.
“There can’t be an omnibus order on everything. If you wanted to challenge everything, you should have done…. (before the trial started). Once the trial has commenced and charges have been framed…this is nothing but an oblique way…,” Justice Neena Bansal Krishna said.
