India is a votary of multilateralism and believes in equitable sharing of global public goods, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said in Genava today. He is leading an Indian Parliamentary Delegation to the 149th Assembly of Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).
Birla addressed the Assembly on the theme “Harnessing science, technology and innovation for a more peaceful and sustainable future”. He said India had always been a strong proponent of multilateralism.
