Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi on Monday said Union Cabinet Ministers Nirmala Sitharaman and S Jaishankar might contest the coming General Election.
“Dr S Jaishankar and Nirmala Sitharaman may contest from Karnataka or from other states. There is still no clarity about the constituency,” Joshi, who is in Karnataka’s Hubballi, said earlier today. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar are both Rajya Sabha MPs.
