Reply on Rahul Gandhi’s ‘dual’ citizenship, govt told

The Allahabad High Court has directed the Centre to place before it on December 19 the decision taken on a petition moved against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi that claimed he concealed his British citizenship in contesting the Lok Sabha poll from Raebareli seat this year.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
