Those responsible for Delhi blast will not be spared: Rajnath
The Defence Minister says country's leading investigative agencies are conducting a swift and thorough inquiry into the incident
India's leading probe agencies are conducting a swift and thorough inquiry into the Delhi blast and those responsible for the tragedy will not be spared, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Tuesday.
The minister made the remarks while speaking at the opening of the ‘Delhi Dialogue’, organised by the Ministry of Defence–backed think tank Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (MP-IDSA).
He began his address by saying, “I want to firmly assure the nation that those responsible for this tragedy will be brought to justice and will not be spared under any circumstance.”
The country’s leading investigative agencies are conducting a swift and thorough inquiry into the incident. The findings of the investigation will soon be made public, Rajnath Singh said.
He also extended his heartfelt condolences to all those who lost their lives in the tragic accident that occurred in New Delhi on Monday evening.
