Inaugurated by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on January 23, the 2.53 km flyover was built at a cost of Rs 153 crore. Following an inspection on Saturday by Additional Chief Secretary (PWD) Neeraj Mandloi and senior officials, the team found the flyover’s riding surface quality and finishing unsatisfactory, with excessive corrosion noted at two expansion joint locations.
