Over 92,000 candidates have registered themselves online for 8,575 Class IV posts advertised by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB).

According to an official spokesperson, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has advertised 8,575 Class IV posts for the district, divisional and union territory cadre in various departments under the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Appointment to the Class-IV (Special Recruitment) Rules, 2020.

The board had fixed July 10 as the date of commencement for the submission of online applications on the JKSSB’s online application portal.

Till Wednesday morning, 92,100 registrations had been done by candidates on the JKSSB online portal in five days since the commencement of the online application submission and 34,550 candidates completed their online application submission process for the Class IV posts.

It has been noted that more than 80,000 visitors visit the online application portal of the JKSSB on a daily basis.

Further, the Services Selection Board has operationalised two helplines one each at Srinagar and Jammu for the convenience of the aspirants.
