Srinagar, August 8

The State Investigation Agency has filed a supplementary chargesheet against PDP youth leader Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra. The chargesheet stated Parra had links with militants and overground workers who were killed in operations. He was released from jail on May 25.

On November 25, 2020, he was arrested a day after he filed papers for DDC polls.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
