Union Home Minister Amit Shah is likely to visit Jammu for two days on September 6. During the visit, he is also expected to release party’s manifesto for the J&K Assembly polls. Shah will also address a political rally in Jammu for the upcoming elections.
The visit comes amid internal tussle and rift in the BJP over seat allocation. Several party leaders have expressed their dissatisfaction over ticket allocation to candidates.
Sources said Shah would also hold a meeting with senior party leaders and RSS functionaries during his visit. Strategy for the upcoming elections would be discussed in the meeting.
