Srinagar, July 29 

An army porter was killed in a ceasefire violation in Uri sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday, sources said.

They said a porter, identified as Mohammed Altaf Jeendar of Gohallan Uri, was killed in Pakistani firing in Lachipora Boniyar this afternoon

“The porter was working with Army’s 11 Mahar unit,” they said.
