BJP general secretary (Org), J&K, Ashok Koul, held a review meeting today with the newly appointed district returning officers and additional returning officers of the party in Srinagar.

As per party statement, the meeting was aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient coordination for the party’s election-related activities.

Key discussions focused on the roles and responsibilities of the appointed officers. Koul stressed the importance of effective communication and transparency to ensure smooth functioning of party operations. He encouraged the newly appointed officers to work in close coordination with other party officials to ensure the successful conduct of the party’s electoral strategy.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
