Amid consistent terror attacks in the Jammu sector of J&K over the past few months, BSF Director-General Daljit Singh Chawdhary on Thursday directed his troops to maintain effective border domination to prevent anti-national
activities.

Chawdhary, who had arrived at the Jammu frontier on Wednesday to review the security situation on a two-day visit, witnessed operational preparedness of field formations in the Samba-Kathua sector as well as the Sunderbani sector.
Intruder nabbed along LoC

Jammu: A Pakistani intruder, identified as Azhar, was apprehended along the Line of Control (LoC) after he entered this side of J&K's Poonch district on Thursday, official sources said. He is being questioned. — PTI
