Dr Pavan Malhotra said, “Only 1 per cent of women in India undergo any sort of cancer screening process in a period of two years. It is the need of the hour to spread awareness about cancer among women.”

“Nyla volunteers will raise awareness and educate other women about the prevention and screening of cancers, talk to them about how they can reduce the risk of getting the most common cancers, have e?ective and supportive conversations about women’s health in general and encourage them to take positive steps towards a healthy and active life.” he said.
