A Delhi court on Tuesday extended till October 12 the interim bail granted to Lok Sabha MP Engineer Rashid in a terror-funding case.

Additional Sessions Judge Chander Jit Singh directed Rashid to surrender before the jail concerned on October 13.

The judge had on September 10 granted interim bail to Rashid till October 2.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
