National Centre of excellence for water sports will be set up at the Dal Lake in Srinagar. FILE

• Social Security: Pension increased—Rs 1,250/month (below 60 years), Rs 1,500/month (60-80 years), Rs 2,000/month (80+ years).• Marriage Assistance: Aid for AAY category girls raised from Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000.

• Healthcare: Launch of SEHAT App for teleconsultation, online doctor appointments, and digital health records linked to AB-PMJAY-SEHAT insurance.

• Education: 40 higher secondary schools to be upgraded into K-12 institutions (one boys' and one girls' school per district), plus 600 additional polytechnic seats.

• Sports Development: National centres of excellence for water sports at Dal Lake (Srinagar) & Basohli (Jammu); gymnastics academy at Gindun Rajbagh and Khel Gaon, Nagrota.

• Industry & MSMEs: Establishment of a leather tanning industry; price preference policy for local MSMEs in public procurement.

• Green Initiatives: J&K Green Mission to promote waste segregation, disposal, and vermi-composting in villages.

• Rural Development: Own Source Revenue (OSR) Policy to make every village panchayat self-sufficient in five years.

• Housing: 3.40 lakh houses sanctioned under PMAY-Gramin, with 50,000 more planned for 2025-26.

• Tourism Boost: SPREAD initiative for eco-tourism and sustainable tourism development.

• Startup Ecosystem: Rs 50 crore allocated for startup financial aid, mentorship, and incubation.
