A former terrorist of the Hizbul Mujahideen was arrested after a long hunt of 19 years in Kishtwar district, the police said on Saturday.

Dulla, alias Jameel, a resident of Arnas village in Reasi, is the third former militant turned absconder arrested in Kishtwar in the past 11 days, they said. — PTI

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
