Major reshuffle in admn, 25 officers shifted

In a major administrative reshuffle, the UT administration today ordered the transfers and postings of 25 officers, including an IAS officer, with immediate effect.

According to an order issued by the General Administrative Department (GAD), the 2013-batch IAS officer, Avny Lavasa, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA), J&K, was transferred and posted as Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC).

Senior 1995-batch IAS officer Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, will hold the charge of the CEO, ERA, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Senior KAS officer Tasaduq Jeelani, Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, was transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department, while Narinder Singh Bali, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, was posted as Special Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department.

Gulzar Ahmad Dar, Additional Secretary, Tourism Department, was transferred and posted as Additional Inspector General of Registration, Kashmir, relieving Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, of the additional charge of the post.

Dr Ravi Shanker Sharma, Director, Technical Education, J&K, was transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, while Sajad Hussain Ganai, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department (GAD), was posted as Director, Technical Education, J&K.

Pankaj Magotra, Commissioner, JMC, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department, while Ghulam Mohammad Dar, Vice-Chairman, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA), holding additional charge of Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, was transferred and posted as Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute.

Imam Din, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Doda, was transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, while Ramesh Chander, ADDC, Reasi, was transferred and posted as ADDC, Jammu, against an available vacancy.

Tufail Matoo, Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute, was transferred and posted as Vice-Chairman, LAWDA.

Pawan Kumar Sharma, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi, while Narinder Khajuria, Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Chief Secretary.

Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Toll Post), Lakhanpur, was shifted and posted as Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, while Bharat Singh, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Stamps), Jammu, was transferred and posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu.

Abdul Satar, Additional Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, was transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central), against an available vacancy, while Naresh Kumar, Joint Director, Information, Jammu, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Tourism Department.

Pran Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Higher Education Department, while Namrita Dogra, General Manager, DIC, Jammu, was transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Jammu.

Sachin Dev Singh, awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD, was posted as CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop, while Ghan Shyam Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kathua, was transferred and posted as Registrar, Udhampur district, relieving Gurvinderjit Singh, ADC, Udhampur, of the additional charge of the post.

Rajneesh Gupta, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (lT, Data Analytics and Economic Intelligence), Jammu, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department.

Fayaz Ahmad Banday, Joint Director, Tourism, Kashmir, was transferred and would await further orders of adjustment in the GAD, while Dr Subash Chander, Joint Director, Hospitality and Protocol, Jammu, was transferred and posted as Registrar, Samba district, relieving Vikas Gupta, ADC, Samba, of the additional charge of the post.

Rajinder Kumar Khajuria, ADC, Bhaderwah, holding additional charge of the CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Bhaderwah, was transferred and posted as CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Bhaderwah.
