Prof Javed Mussarat, Vice-Chancellor, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), today announced a reduction of fee structure and introduction of new academic programmes.
The announcement was made during the launch of the admission process for the year 2020. The registration process for all courses will be both online and offline.
“Various measures have been adopted to make the admission process more transparent and accessible to all the students. Important among them is a reduction in the fee structure of various programmes and introduction of new academic programmes,” said the VC.
The cut in fee structure would be for MBA, MBA (Hospitality and Tourism), MSc (IT); MCA , MSc (Microbiology), MSc (Economics) and diploma programmes offered by the university polytechnic, he added. Four new courses introduced by the BGSBU administration include Masters in Environmental Sciences, two-year MCA programme, five-year integrated MCA programme and PG diploma in Childhood Care and Education. — OC
