No provision for children in parks

Although Jammu lacks big gardens and parks but those maintained by the JDA and municipality have not looked into the needs of children. At a majority of parks swings installed are not being repaired regularly. It is high time that the civic bodies ensure that each park is well maintained and has children corner where they can play.

Poor condition of Sidhra road

Roads in Sidhra need immediate blacktopping. The national highway passes through the area but many localities are without proper road. People are facing a lot of problems as potholes make the drive very difficult. The authorities must pay attention to improve the infrastructure, especially roads.
