Continuing its action against perpetrators of terror, Rajouri administration has attached the properties of three local terrorists operating from Pakistan.
“Properties of three terrorists involved in unlawful activities and operating from across the border have been attached under Section 88 of the CrPC in connection with a case registered at Kandi Police Station in Rajouri,” an official spokesperson said.
3 kanal, 4 marla and 31 sq feet of land of Khadim Hussain, a resident of Kandi in Kotranka tehsil, 2 kanal and 8 marla land of Muneer Hussain, a resident of Gakhrote, in Kotranka tehsil, and 2 kanal, 2 marla and 253 sq feet land of Mohd Shabir, a resident of Panjnara, in Kotranka tehsil was attached by the police. The attachment was carried out following the orders of the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kotranka. The action was executed by a joint team of police and civil administration.
“This operation underscores the commitment of the J&K Police and the district administration to combat anti-national elements and safeguard public order. The public is urged to report any suspicious activities to law enforcement agencies,” the spokesperson said.
