New Delhi, September 25
Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami (in pic) today opposed a recent decision of the Jammu and Kashmir administration to abolish 234 posts of forest guard, which were created for engaging registered forestry graduates and postgraduates as “Rehbar-e-Janglat”.
“The move is another jolt to highly educated youth of the Union Territory,” he said, demanding that the decision should be re-considered.
On June 16, 2017, then state government had formulated the “Rehbar-e-Janglat” policy for 534 registered unemployed forestry technocrats. — TNS
