Jammu, January 13
The Nizamia Education Group is going to conduct a scholarship test soon, wherein around 300 selected students will be awarded scholarships. Besides this, 2,000 laptops and 3,000 tablets will also be given to students who qualify.
This was informed by Satinder Kumar Punj, Chancellor of Sri Sai University, Palampur, and chairman of Sri Sai Group of Institutes, Badhani, and Maqsood Ahmed, managing director of Nizamia Education Group (NEG) while briefing the media today. Liaqat Hussain, vice-president of Nizamia Education Group, Masood Choudhary, former Vice-Chancellor, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGBSU), Rajouri, were also present.
Punj and Maqsood Ahmed stated that NEG had been working in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar and Northeast India.
“NEG is constantly working to increase the horizon of education for needy students through the launch of scholarship tests and other initiatives. We are in the field of counselling since 2012 with an urge to improve the quality of education and provide an opportunity to the students of J&K”, they added.
