The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday ordered transfer of six IAS officers in the Union Territory.
According to the order, Shantmanu, a 1991 batch officer who was awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Higher Education Department, while relieving Rashmi Singh of the additional charge.
Shantmanu, shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology, relieving Santosh D Vaidya, of the additional charge.
1995 batch IAS officer Shailendra Kumar, who is Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, shall hold additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, from January 1.
Sanjeev Verma, currently Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.
M Raju, who was awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, “He shall also hold additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Department bill further orders,” the order said.
IAS officer Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment relieving Shailendra Kumar, IAS, of the additional charge, according to the order.
Rehana Batul, IAS, Secretary to the Government, Information Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration & Rural Development.
