‘Unstable’ Srinagar man arrested for sacrilege

Srinagar, October 29

The police on Saturday arrested a man for alleged sacrilege at a mosque in Srinagar.

According to the police, the accused, Irshad Ahmad Mir, a resident of Maloora in Srinagar, appeared to be not in a sound state of mind.

A case was registered at the Nowhatta police station under relevant sections.
