Houses of 3 more J&K terrorists' blown up after Pahalgam attack

After the gruesome terror attack in Pahalgam, which killed 26 people, Indian security forces have taken strong action against terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.

On Friday night, they destroyed the houses of three known terrorists in different districts—Shopian, Kulgam, and Pulwama.

These terrorists were linked to the group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

In Shopian, the house of terrorist Shahid Ahmed Kuttey, a top LeT commander, was razed. He had been involved in terror activities for 3–4 years.

In Kulgam, the home of terrorist Zahid Ahmed was demolished.

In Pulwama, the houses of Ahsan Ul Haq, Ehsan Ahmad Sheikh, and Haris Ahmad were also destroyed using blasts.

Earlier, on Thursday, the homes of two more terrorists—Adil Hussain Thoker and Asif Sheikh—were blown up. They were believed to be involved in the Pahalgam attack, where gunmen opened fire on tourists in Baisaran valley.

The police have released sketches of the attackers and announced a reward of Rs 20 lakh for help in catching two Pakistani suspects.

To respond strongly, India has also suspended the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan, and the Prime Minister has promised to find and punish everyone involved.
