Water not released in canal of park

Water has not been released in the canal inside Dreamland Park in Kathua town leaving visitors disappointed. The canal is filled with garbage which exposes the authorities entrusted with the maintenance of the park. Water should be released soon so that visitors can enjoy their stay at the park. Subash Chander, Kathua
