Inaugurating the weeklong workshop, Registrar Prof Fayaz A Nikka said the main aim was to further enhance and upgrade the capabilities and capacities of the administrative staff. “The basic purpose is to uncover the hidden talent of the staff and then harness it to the fullest,” he said and described such training exercises as an integral part of the administrative reforms.

The Registrar asked the employees to make their self-appraisal every day. “You should identify your strengths and weakness and work on them accordingly.”

Controller of Examinations Prof Parveen Pandit said such workshops provide a platform to the employees to interact with each other, to share their work experiences and the problems they confront while dealing with the stakeholders, especially students.
