LPU gives Rs 20 lakh

MP and Chancellor of Lovely Professional University (LPU) Dr Ashok Mittal has announced ?20 lakh for relief work in the state. The funds have been specifically earmarked for the procurement of water tankers to provide safe drinking water to displaced families, as officials anticipate a potential shortage once flood waters recede.
