145 women constables inducted in BSF after passing out parade

The Passing Out Parade and Attestation Ceremony for 145 Female Recruit Constables of Batch No 274 was held at the Shaheed Satpal Choudhary Parade Ground, Subsidiary Training Centre (STC), Border Security Force (BSF), Kharkan Camp, Hoshiarpur.

The ceremony was graced by Charu Dhwaj Aggarwal, Inspector General, STC BSF Punjab, as the Chief Guest. He was welcomed by Birendar Kumar, Commandant (Chief Instructor), STC BSF Kharkan Camp. The event was attended by a distinguished gathering of serving and retired BSF officers, media representatives, and proud family members of the recruits.

The parade commenced with a general salute to the Chief Guest, followed by an inspection of the recruits. The 145 women, who demonstrated exceptional discipline and performance during both indoor and outdoor training activities, were honored with medals and commendations by the Chief Guest.

In his address, the chief guest praised the recruits for their confidence, skill, and synchronisation, noting that their performance embodied the spirit of the parade. He commended them for choosing a career in the BSF and urged them to serve the nation with valor, enthusiasm and dedication. He also encouraged the newly inducted constables to become role models for the youth and inspire others to pursue careers in the armed forces.

Expressing his gratitude, the chief guest congratulated Birendar Kumar, Commandant (Chief Instructor), Nishwat, Deputy Commandant (Training), and the entire training staff for their tireless efforts in shaping the recruits into disciplined, self-reliant, and skilled praharis.
