158 constables inducted in BSF after passing out parade

The passing out parade and attestation ceremony of 158 Recruit Constables (Tradesman) of Batch No. 273 was held at Shaheed Satpal Choudhary Parade Ground, Subsidiary Training Centre (STC), Border Security Force (BSF), Kharkan Camp. The recruits, representing the nation’s rich diversity, are now ready to take up the responsibility of national service.

The ceremony was presided over by Dinesh Kumar Boora, ADG (Logistics) FHQ, BSF, New Delhi, who attended as the chief guest. He was warmly received by Charu Dhwaj Aggarwal, Inspector General, STC, BSF Kharkan Camp. The event also witnessed the presence of senior BSF officers, both serving and retired, media representatives and the proud families of recruits passing out.

The parade commenced with a general salute to the chief guest, followed by a meticulous inspection of the recruits. These recruits, who exhibited outstanding discipline and proficiency in their training were awarded medals and commendations for their exceptional performance.

In his speech, the chief guest praised the recruits for their exceptional confidence, skill and coordination, emphasising that their display epitomised the values of the BSF. He urged the recruits to serve the nation with unwavering commitment and become role models for the younger generation, inspiring them to pursue a career in the armed forces.

The chief guest also extended his congratulations to Charu Dhwaj Aggarwal, IG, Birendar Kumar, Commandant (Training), and the training staff for their tireless efforts in shaping the recruits into capable and disciplined personnel. He wished the newly inducted recruits a bright future and urged them to uphold the highest standards of integrity and service throughout their careers.
