Jalandhar: Students of PG Department of Commerce and Business Administration of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya have bagged merit positions. Preeti (BCom) stood first by scoring 303/350 marks, the second position was shared by Harmanpreet Kaur and Chetna Sobti by scoring 300/350 marks and Khushboo stood third with 294/650 marks. As many as 28 students from the class have got distinction. Manpreet Kaur from BBA semester III had got first position with 295/350 marks, Ritika Vaid bagged the second position with 293/350 marks and third position was secured by Manpreet Kaur with 283/350 marks. Principal Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated students and lauded the efforts of the faculty members.
Gandhi jayanti celebrated
Eklavya School, Jalandhar, celebrated Mahatma Gandhi’s 152th birth anniversary. An online video was shown by Anamika Nirmohi to senior school students on the life of the Father of the Nation. Primary school students did colouring activity. A speech was given by Ruhani and Arshdeep of Class IX. Director of Eklavya School Seema Handa said we should always follow the path of our freedom fighters. Several activities organised to mark the day. Principal Komal Arora appreciated the efforts of the kids.
