Jalandhar, August 7
The 23rd jatha of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee (KMSC) from Jalandhar reached the Singhu Border on Saturday. Led by state treasurer, Gurlal Singh Pandori and district president Salwinder Singh Jania, the jatha included farmers from Shahkot, Lohian, Talwandi Sanghera zones headed to the border.
Pandori said the ‘kisan sansad’ is continuing successfully and is giving strength to the kisan morcha. He said as long as government doesn’t withdrwa the farm laws, implement a separate law for proper MSP, doesn’t implement the Swamibathan Commssion report, farmers shall continue sitting on the dharna.
