3 nabbed with 16.8 gm heroin

The Jalandhar Commissionerate police station, Bhargo Camp team, has arrested three individuals and seized 16.8 gram of heroin from their possession.

Commissioner of Police Jalandhar, Dhanpreet Kaur, said under the special campaign against suspicious individuals and drug peddlers, the police team apprehended three persons. The arrested individuals have been identified as Neeraj, resident of House No. 93/2, Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar; Manav, of Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar, and Kunal, resident of House No. 66/11, Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar.

The police seized 5.20 gram of heroin from Neeraj, 5.6 gram from Manav, and six gram from Kunal.

The accused have been remanded to police custody for interrogation to trace the source of the drugs and identify others involved in this network.
