4 killed in separate road accidents in Hoshiarpur

Four people have lost their lives in separate road accidents across the Hoshiarpur area. Police have registered cases in all incidents and have initiated further investigations.

According to reports, Anil Kumar, a resident of Hargobind Nagar, informed the Haryana police station that his father, Kamal Deb (66), was returning from a condolence meeting in Bassi Wajid when the incident occurred. While filling fuel in his Activa, Kamal Deb was hit by a bike rider. He later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment in Ludhiana. Police have registered a case against the driver.

In another case, Surinder Singh, a resident of Kunta village, filed a complaint with the Bullowal police station, reporting that his artisan, Raj Kumar, was struck by a trolley tractor coming from Bhogpur, resulting in his death.

Meanwhile, a bike rider was killed in a collision between two bikes on Bhulewal Kalewal Road near Mahilpur. Police officer stated that Jaspal Singh, a resident of Handowal Kalan, died in the collision near Gogodo. A case has been registered against the accused driver, Arjan, a resident of Jandiala.

In another incident, Dharampal, a resident of Dina Nagar, informed Tanda police that he was traveling towards Tanda on his bike with his wife, Kulwinder Kaur, when a passing canter hit them near Dhadiyala turn. His wife died in the accident. Tanda police have registered a case against the accused driver, Davinder Singh, a resident of Santokhpura, Jalandhar.
