50 bikers cycle for 100-km

The Fit Biker Club organised a 100-kilometre (km) cycling event under the theme “Ride for Unity”. The event was held under the leadership of club president Paramjit Singh Sachdeva. Addressing participants on the occasion he appealed to society to stay united and healthy.

The ride started early in the morning at 5 am from the main office of Sachdeva Stocks, located at Boolanwadi. More than 50 club members took part in the event with enthusiasm. The cyclists began their journey from Hoshiarpur and rode through Jalandhar and Phagwara, finally returning to Hoshiarpur at Sachdeva Stocks office, where ride concluded.

Giving more information, Sachdeva said the Fit Biker Club regularly organises such events to spread the message of fitness and unity. He said in today’s fast-paced life, people often become targets of various diseases, and the best way to stay healthy was to include exercise, especially cycling in daily routine.

He further added that cycling was an activity that suits people of all ages. It not only improves physical health, but also builds discipline and team spirit. The participants expressed happiness on being part of a meaningful event that combined fitness with a social message. According to club members, events like these help bring people together and motivate them to adopt healthier habits.
