Phagwara: Activists protest outside SP office

Activists belonging to different Hindu bodies in Phagwara organised a protest outside the SP office today against the alleged derogatory remarks on Lord Rama made by AAP leader Joginder Singh Mann. They warned that the local police administration would be responsible for any ensuing situation.
Seeing the anger of the protesters, SP Rupinder Kaur Bhatti arrived at the scene. She assured the protesters that a meeting would be held in Phagwara with Kapurthala SSP on Friday. She promised that action would be taken according to the orders received from the SSP.
