Rayat Bahra students get jobs

Hoshiarpur: More than 100 students of Rayat Bahra Group have achieved high level positions with placements in top companies on high pay packages. Gurwinder Singh Bahra, Chairman, Rayat Bahra Group, said this has become possible because of the dedicated efforts of Rayat Bahra Group’s professional teams. These teams help and prepare the students to face every challenge. Bahra informed that the selected students are from 7th semester of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Hoshiarpur Campus, Rayat Bahra University, Mohali and Bahra University, Shimla Hills. Bahra said the group organises industrial meetings, workshops, guest lectures, besides signing agreements with the industry for short and long term live projects. “Apart from this, the establishment of Centre of Excellence and Industry Advisory Board has given new impetus to the placement of students”, said Bahra. The Campus Director Dr Chander Mohan said five students have been selected in QA Infotech Company as Software Engineers up-to-Rs12 lakh annual pay package and three students have been selected in Intellipaat Company on pay package of Rs 9 lakh while three on annual package and in Tach Nook on Rs 8 lakh annual pay package. Dr HPS Dhami, Joint Campus Director, informed that the total number of students selected in Wipro alone is 27, who have been selected on System Engineer Profile. OC
