Phagwara: A resident of Mehatpur died following the excessive drinking and cold. The deceased has been identified as Sajan, a resident of Mohalla Chopra. Balkar, alias Toti, the father of the deceased, told the police that her son died due to excessive drinking and sleeping outside in cold.
