Bus service from Hoshiarpur to Jaipur begins

Hoshiarpur, January 18
Punajb Industry and Commerce Minister Sundar Sham Arora today flagged off the first bus to be operated by PUNBUS from Hoshiarpur to Jaipur.
Deputy Commissioner Isha Kalia was also present with him. The bus will proceed from Hoshiarpur to Jaipur via Delhi. Arora said: “His effort is that maximum bus services for historical places should be started from Hoshiarpur so that people can get maximum benefit from it.”
“Keeping in mind the convenience of residents of Hoshiarpur, other bus services will also be started soon so that people can get better facilities at lower fare. While the state government, headed by Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh is putting up different projects for residents, priority is also being given to uplift Hoshiarpur.”
When the bus will ply
This bus will take 16 hours to reach Jaipur. The bus will leave from Hoshiarpur bus stand at 09:59 am daily and will reach Jaipur at 2 am the next day. The fare of this bus (up to Jaipur) has been fixed at Rs 700.
