Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann at the bhog ceremony of former MP Hans Raj Han’s wife Resham Kaur in Jalandhar on Friday.

Mann, his wife Gurpreet Kaur Mann and his mother Harpal Kaur had all reached Jalandhar in a chopper from Chandigarh and went to the gurdwara. They expressed grief with Hans, his sons Navraj and Yuvraj.

Among Punjabi celebrities, who expressed condolences with Hans, were Binnu Dhillon, Satinder Satti, Harbhajan Mann, Kaur B, G Khan, Amar Noorie and Kanth Kler.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
