Under the leadership of ACP, Special Crime, Barjinder Singh and ACP, North, Rishabh Bhola, the cordon and search operation (CASO) was carried out with the support from station house officers (SHOs) and their teams. Over 100 police personnel were deployed during the operation to ensure vigilance, monitor any suspicious activities and maintain law and order.

Key actions during the operation included anti-sabotage measures, deployment of sniffer dogs and the use of advance equipment like metal detectors for screening passengers and luggage.
