Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Rahul Kumar Azad has lodged a formal complaint with the Deputy Commissioner (DC) against Senior Assistant Pawan Kumar Verma for alleged rude behavior.
Azad detailed the incident in his letter, claiming that on June 3, Verma, along with two other employees, approached his accounts clerk to request the return of files related to hit-and-run compensation cases. When Azad was informed, Verma allegedly entered his office and demanded that the files be accepted or that a written explanation for their refusal be provided immediately. Azad further accused Verma of using inappropriate language, asserting his disregard for Azad’s office, and even attempting to have a report drafted against him. Azad has asked the DC to address the matter seriously to prevent future occurrences. Dr. Himanshu Aggarwal, DC, confirmed the complaint and has sought Verma’s explanation.
