As soon as he reached near the petrol pump, a high-speed overloaded tipper coming from behind hit him, leaving the man died on the spot. The tipper driver fled the spot. People led by Darshan Singh Mattoo, Bar Association Garhshankar president Advocate Pankaj Kripal and Congress leader Pranav Kripal blocked the road by placing the body on the road and started raising slogans against the government.
