Dalits oppose new panel for Tughlakabad temple

After organising a nationwide protest in August due to the demolition of historical Guru Ravidas temple at Tughlakabad in Delhi, various Dalit leaders from different groups today reacted to the new committee formed by the government in reconstructing the temple.
The Dalit leaders stated that, the government avoided to include more members from the Dalit community, to take up the issue more seriously. While agitating against the new committee formed by the central government, the leaders stated that if new committee would not be formed considering the demands of the Ravidas community members, the Dalits in state would again launch a state-level protest.
The agitators include, Jassi Talhan, president Ravidas Tiger Force Punjab, Sukhwinder Kotli, president, Bahujan Samaj Front, Balwinder Moga, president Ambedkar Sena and Ajay Khosla, president Valmiki Tiger Force.
