Delhi-Adampur flight cancelled

Jalandhar: Due to inclement weather conditions, the only Delhi-Adampur flight of Doaba region has been suspended till Friday. This comes amid limited transportation modes to the national capital due to farmers’ protest at the Delhi-Haryana border. While the bus service from Jalandhar to New Delhi has already been discontinued, there are only two regular trains to Delhi at present. Notably, the flight was already arriving late at the Adampur airport from the past few days, causing huge inconvenience to passengers. Though the Spice Jet flight will resume its operation on Saturday, the authorities said it could be cancelled again considering low visibility. The flight runs three days a week. TNS
