Dr Jatinder Bhatia instructed the vendors not to sell broken or cracked eggs, emphasising that all eggs sold should be clean and free from dirt. He also highlighted that the areas where eggs are stored must be kept completely clean.

Dr Bhatia further stressed that vendors without licenses must obtain them as soon as possible. “It is essential for all food vendors to comply with FSSAI regulations to ensure that only clean and safe food is available to the public,” he said. He also warned that no one compromising public health would be spared. Arvinder Singh and Ram Lubhaya were also present in the inspection team.
