In line with the directives of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the district administration opened a CM Window at the District Administrative Complex here on Monday. It will help resolve public grievances in a transparent and time-bound manner.

The administration also started the reception and helpdesk for general public from where they can get requisite information, besides status of applications submitted for works related to different offices. Each and every application received at the CM Window and the reception will be registered and recorded in the system.

Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar Panchal said people could submit their issues and grievances at the CM Window. They could also track the status of applications from the staff deputed at the reception or helpdesk. The helpdesk had been established at the main entrance of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, where people could easily get their complaints registered.
