A team of Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) headed by Pradeep Kumar, Enforcement Officer, reached JCT Mill Phagwara in connection with the long-pending PF amount of the employees/workers by the JCT Mill Trust.

Earlier, in relation to the FIR registered by the EPFO Department against directors of the mill, Sameer Thapar and Mukulika Sinha, the labour court in Chandigarh had given orders yesterday to JCT Mill to surrender the JCT Mill Trust to the PF Department.

Enforcement Officer Pradeep Kumar, while addressing the media, stated that in lieu of labour court orders, his team collected data of the JCT Mill Trust. He stated that it is expected that by March 31, the Trust would be surrendered to the PF Department.
