Sanjeev Kumar Kahol, a farmer from village Mahilanwali in Hoshiarpur, has been selected to receive the prestigious “Sardar Surjit Singh Dhillon Award-2025” for his exceptional contributions to farmer welfare. The award ceremony will take place on 26th September 2025, at 11 am, at the Kisan Mela Ground of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) in Ludhiana.
During the ceremony, Kahol will be honoured by the Chief Guest, with a large gathering of farmers in attendance. The organising committee praised Kahol for his tireless efforts to improve the welfare of the farming community. His leadership and selfless service have provided inspiration and direction to farmers both locally and across the state.
In recognition of his significant contributions, the committee has chosen Kahol for this award. They expressed confidence that his example will continue to inspire and drive progress in the agriculture sector.
